Child Safety Standards & CSAE Prevention Policy

1. Zero-Tolerance Policy Against CSAE & CSAM (শূন্য-সহনশীলতা নীতি)

PSDP Social DisasterPrevention (Platform On Social Disaster Prevention — সামাজিক দুর্যোগ প্রতিরোধ অভিযান (পিএসডিপি)) maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Protecting children, adolescents, and vulnerable individuals from abuse, exploitation, trafficking, and violence is one of the foundational pillars of PSDP.

PSDP-তে শিশু যৌন নির্যাতন, নিপীড়ন, শোষণ (CSAE) এবং শিশু যৌন নির্যাতনমূলক যেকোনো উপাদান (CSAM)-এর বিরুদ্ধে কঠোর শূন্য-সহনশীলতা নীতি বলবৎ রয়েছে। নারী ও শিশুর নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিত করা আমাদের অন্যতম প্রধান অঙ্গীকার।

2. Platform Architecture & Prevention Controls (প্রতিরোধমূলক ব্যবস্থা)

• No Public User-to-User Chat or Public Media Feed: The PSDP mobile app and web platform do not provide unmoderated public chat rooms, peer-to-peer direct messaging, or public photo/video feeds.
• Strict Prohibition: Users are strictly prohibited from submitting, sharing, linking, or promoting any content that depicts, encourages, solicits, or facilitates child sexual abuse, grooming, trafficking, or exploitation.
• Immediate Account Termination: Any citizen account found to violate these Child Safety Standards is immediately and permanently terminated.

3. In-App & Online Reporting Mechanism (অ্যাপ ও ওয়েবসাইটে রিপোর্ট করার ব্যবস্থা)

PSDP Social DisasterPrevention allows users to report child safety concerns directly in-app and on the web:

• In the PSDP Mobile App (Android & iOS): Open the “তথ্য জানান” (Report Info) tab from the bottom navigation bar, select the relevant category (such as নারী ও শিশু নির্যাতন / Child & Women Safety), and submit the report directly to the PSDP review team. No sign-in is required to submit a safety report.
• On the Web: Submit a report anytime via our Online Reporting & Contact Form or via https://psdp.walletmix.com/contact.

4. Compliance with Child Safety Laws & Law Enforcement Reporting (আইন প্রয়োগকারী সংস্থায় অবহিতকরণ)

PSDP complies with all applicable regional, national, and international child safety laws, including the Children Act 2013 (Bangladesh), the Prevention of Oppression Against Women and Children Act, and Google Play Child Safety Standards.

• Any confirmed or suspected CSAM / CSAE report is immediately preserved for evidentiary purposes, removed from our systems, and reported to relevant national and international authorities (including Bangladesh Police / Cyber Crime Investigation Division and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children — NCMEC, where applicable).
• For immediate life-threatening emergencies or active child abuse in Bangladesh, users are prominently instructed in-app to call the National Emergency Service: 999 or the National Child Helpline: 1098.
